Register and share a 2-minute video on the theme: “Are you ready to step into the spotlight?” We’re looking for clarity, originality and heart. This is your first step toward the spotlight.

Phase-2

Go LIVE and shine

The Top 20 finalists will be invited to speak on our LIVE LinkedIn podcast. Here’s where your energy, authenticity and ability to connect truly matter.

Phase-3

Make the Final Cut

Make it to the Top 10 and get featured on the PSAI website. Final winners will be chosen based on jury scores (70%) and your social media impact (30%). So post, engage and let your voice ripple outward.
